Plans are monthly. Upgrades take effect immediately, reductions and cancellations take effect at the end of your notice period.

Upgrading

Move up a plan at any time and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.

Provide written notice in line with your agreement. Work in progress is completed or handed over cleanly.

All accounts, files and documentation transferred to you within ten business days of the final billing period.
