  1. 1.Data we collect

    Information you provide when enquiring, ordering or corresponding with us, including name, business email, telephone number, company details and billing information. We also collect technical data such as device, browser and approximate location derived from your network address, and usage data from our website and client portal.

  2. 2.Why we process it

    To provide and administer the services you order, to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal and tax obligations, to prevent fraud, and, where permitted, to send relevant service communications. Marketing communications are sent only with a lawful basis and can be stopped at any time.

  3. 4.Sharing

    With service providers who process data on our behalf under written terms, including hosting, payment processing, analytics and communication platforms, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

  4. 5.International transfers

    Where personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses together with supplementary technical and organisational safeguards.

  5. 6.Retention

    Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period afterwards required by contract, tax and limitation rules. Enquiry records are retained for up to twenty four months unless you ask us to erase them sooner.

  6. 7.Your rights

    Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Residents of certain jurisdictions may also opt out of targeted advertising and profiling.

  7. 8.Security

    Access controls, encryption in transit, least privilege administration and vendor due diligence. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and any regulator where notification is required.
