  1. 1.Cancelling

Provide written notice to your account manager or to billing@firstpersonmarketing.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period stated in your order confirmation.

  2. 2.Activation fee

The one off activation fee covers onboarding, audit and setup work performed at the start of the engagement and is non refundable once that work has begun.

  3. 3.Ninety day commitment

If measurable sales performance has not improved within ninety days of activation, and you have met the participation obligations in your agreement, we refund subscription fees paid for that ninety day period. Media spend paid to advertising platforms is never refundable by us because it is paid to third parties.

  4. 4.Claiming

Submit a claim within thirty days of the end of the ninety day period. We review against the baseline measurement recorded at activation and respond within ten business days.

  5. 5.Handover

Whatever the reason for leaving, accounts, files and documentation are transferred to you within ten business days of the final billing period.
