Company
Built because good businesses were being sold activity instead of results
First Person Marketing began with a simple observation. Companies were paying several suppliers, receiving several reports and still could not answer whether marketing had made them money. We built the model we wished those companies had been offered: one plan, one accountable owner, one number that matters.

The starting point
Our founders spent years inside agencies and in house teams watching budget disappear into channels nobody connected to revenue. The problem was rarely talent. It was structure, ownership and measurement. Three suppliers each reporting a different version of success will always produce activity, and activity is not growth.
- Reporting written to defend the retainer rather than inform the business
- Channels optimised in isolation, so paid media paid for demand that search had already earned
- No single person who could answer what the next hundred thousand in revenue would cost
The decision
We built a subscription that puts every discipline under one plan with one accountable owner, priced transparently, and attached a ninety day commercial commitment to it. If the work does not move the numbers inside a quarter, the model should carry that risk rather than the client.
- One published price per month with no media markup and no change fees
- A named account manager who holds the strategy, the delivery and the reporting
- Growth within 90 days or your money back, on the participation terms in your agreement
Want this handled for you, not explained to you
Every plan includes a named account manager, the full service stack and growth within 90 days or your money back.
What we believe
Marketing is a commercial function before it is a creative one. Margin, sales capacity and lifetime value decide which channels deserve budget, so we start there and let the tactics follow. Everything we produce belongs to you, including the accounts, the data and the documentation, because dependency is not a strategy.
How we have grown
Growth came from clients staying and referring, not from chasing logos. That has shaped how we hire, how many accounts a manager holds and why we would rather turn work away than dilute delivery. Capacity is planned a quarter ahead so no client inherits the cost of our growth.
Where we are now
Operating as First Person Marketing, a brand of Lanex Group, LLC, a New York corporation, serving clients across several regions with satellite offices available by appointment only. Delivery is remote first and always covers your business hours, wherever your buyers are.
Where we are going
The next chapter is deeper measurement: connecting marketing spend to closed revenue inside your own systems, so the conversation with your board stops being about impressions and starts being about return.
