Talent pool vacancy. Your application stays on file for twelve months.
About the role
Own the measurement our 90 day guarantee rests on, so every number a client sees can be defended line by line.
We promise growth within 90 days or the client's money back. That promise is only honest if the measurement behind it is sound, which makes this one of the most consequential roles in the company.
You will own tracking architecture, warehouse modeling, attribution approach and the reporting clients read. When a channel claims credit it does not deserve, you are the person who says so, including when it is inconvenient for us.
You will also handle privacy properly: consent mode, state privacy law obligations, data retention and what we will and will not collect on a client's behalf.

Ship a modeled reporting layer for the largest accounts with revenue reconciliation.
Days 76 to 90

How success is measured
These are the numbers reviewed with you every quarter. There is no hidden scorecard.
| Measure | What good looks like |
|---|---|
| Revenue reconciliation | Reported revenue within five percent of client finance data on every account |
| Tracking coverage | Every account meeting the documented measurement standard |
| Report usage | Clients logging in and using dashboards between reviews |
| Privacy compliance | Zero unresolved consent or retention findings at quarterly audit |
This role is probably not for you if
- You would rather present a flattering number than an accurate one
