About the role

Turn the audiences our other channels earn into repeat revenue through automated lifecycle programs that a client can read, understand and trust.

Most of our clients have a list they are barely using and a purchase cycle nobody has mapped. Lifecycle is where the cheapest revenue in the business usually sits, and it is the channel our clients are most often embarrassed about.

You will own end to end lifecycle programs: welcome and onboarding, nurture for long sales cycles, abandoned journeys, win back, replenishment, reactivation and post purchase. You decide what gets built, you write or brief it, and you prove what it earned.

Deliverability is treated as an engineering problem here, not a hope. You will own authentication, list hygiene, sending reputation and consent handling across every account you touch.
