About the role
Be the named account manager our clients are promised: one person who knows their business, owns the plan and answers for the results.
Every subscription includes a named account manager. That is not a service desk role. You hold the commercial relationship, you set the priorities with the client and you coordinate the specialist pods delivering the work.
You will manage twelve to sixteen accounts. You will know their margins, their sales cycle, their seasonality and the internal politics that decide whether a recommendation gets approved.
You are also the early warning system. Retention problems are visible weeks before a cancellation email, and spotting them is a measured part of this job.
