Pricing questions
Is there a long contract?
No. Plans renew monthly and you can change or cancel from the Billing page in your client portal. A cancelled service ends at the end of that calendar month.
What happens to hours we don't use?
They carry into the next month and are used first. Rolled-over hours expire at the end of that month.
What if we need more hours in a month?
Extra hours are billed at your plan rate, never at our $95 standard rate.
Is ad spend included?
No. Plan hours cover our team's work. Ad spend for Google, Meta and other platforms is separate.
Can I split hours across several services?
Yes. Your hours are shared across every service you add, and the portal shows how many each task used.
How do I pay?
Payments are collected upfront through Stripe. Plans renew automatically on the 1st of each month, and fixed-price projects are paid before work starts.
Do I need a plan to buy a one-off project?
No. Anyone can buy a fixed-price project. Clients on a monthly plan get 15% off.
How does the 90-day guarantee work?
If you're not happy with the progress in your first 90 days, tell us and you get your plan fees back. Our Guarantee Terms have the details.
