No. Plans renew monthly and you can change or cancel from the Billing page in your client portal. A cancelled service ends at the end of that calendar month.

How is website maintenance billed?

It runs on your monthly plan hours, at a lower rate than our $95 standard. Unused hours roll over to next month, and extra hours are billed at your plan rate.
