Do you work with Canadian businesses?

Yes, in English, through your client portal and email. We're on Eastern Time, the same as Toronto and Ottawa, and 3 hours ahead of Vancouver.

How much does it cost in Canada?

Plans start at about C$1,100 a month ($790 USD) for 10 hours. You're charged in US dollars through Stripe, and unused hours roll over to next month.

Do you charge local tax?

We're a US company and don't charge GST/HST. Registered businesses may need to self-assess it on imported services; check with your accountant. We write in English; for Quebec customers, French versions are best done with a French-speaking translator.

Is there a long contract?

No. Plans renew monthly and you can change or cancel from the Billing page in your client portal.

Is ad spend included?

No. Plan hours cover our team's work. Ad spend is paid straight to Google, Meta and the other platforms, and Google can bill it in CAD.
