Create a request in the client portal. It becomes a task with hours logged against it.

Is maintenance included?

Updates and backups are covered by website maintenance, which you can add to the same plan.

Can I start with just website management?

Yes. The Starter plan (10 hours a month) suits one or two ongoing services, so website management can run on its own, alongside any agency you already use. You can start other services later from your client portal.

Is there a long contract?

No. Plans renew monthly and you can change or cancel from the Billing page in your client portal. A cancelled service ends at the end of that calendar month.

How is website management billed?

It runs on your monthly plan hours, at a lower rate than our $95 standard. Unused hours roll over to next month, and extra hours are billed at your plan rate.
