Numbers with the context that makes them mean something

A percentage with no baseline is marketing theatre. Every case below states where the client started, what we changed, what the media budget was and how long it took, so you can judge whether your situation looks anything like theirs.

  • Baseline, spend and timeframe published for every case
  • One engagement included that did not work
  • Client names withheld where agreements require it
  • References available on request during the audit

The one that did not work

A furniture brand we should have turned down

We took on a made-to-order furniture brand with a 14 week lead time and an 18% gross margin. Paid demand worked, but the margin could not fund acquisition and cancellations rose as delivery dates slipped. We ended the engagement in month five and refunded the final month. The lesson changed our audit: margin and fulfilment capacity are now assessed before anyone is offered a plan.

  • Margin under 20% now triggers an honest decline
  • Fulfilment lead time is assessed in the audit
  • Final month refunded when we call the mistake
  • Post-mortem shared with the client in writing

How we measure a result

So you can compare our claims against anyone else's on a like-for-like basis.

Revenue source
The client's store or CRM, never the ad platform's self-reported number.
Return figure
Blended: total revenue divided by total media spend, not channel-attributed return.
Baseline window
The 90 days before we started, with seasonality noted where it matters.
Timeframe
Stated in months from kickoff, including the onboarding month.
Verification
Any figure here can be walked through screen by screen on a call.

What clients receive

The same reporting that produced these numbers

None of the figures on this page came from a bespoke deck. They came from the standard monthly report every client gets, which is why we can talk you through the underlying data line by line.

Ask for a redacted report before you sign anything

During your audit we will share a real monthly report with client details removed, so you can see the level of detail you would receive rather than take our word for it.

The audit is the first half of every case study on this page: a written read of where money is leaking and what we would fix first.
