Do you charge local tax?

We're a US company and don't charge South African VAT. VAT-registered businesses may need to account for VAT on imported services; check with your accountant.

Which email platforms do you work with?

How often will we send?

Agreed with you based on your list and plan hours. Each newsletter is a task you approve.

Who does the work?

Can I start with just email marketing?

Yes. The Starter plan (10 hours a month) suits one or two ongoing services, so email marketing can run on its own, alongside any agency you already use. You can start other services later from your client portal.

Is there a long contract?

No. Plans renew monthly and you can change or cancel from the Billing page in your client portal. A cancelled service ends at the end of that calendar month.

How is email marketing billed?

It runs on your monthly plan hours, at a lower rate than our $95 standard. Unused hours roll over to next month, and extra hours are billed at your plan rate.
